6:00-7:30 pm Free nordic ski under our new lights, compliments of the Farmington Ski Club (Donations welcome)
Trails will be closed for grooming at 7:30 p.m. Lodge will be open until 8:00 p.m.

SKIER REGISTRATION
A Google Doc registration will be emailed to each Team Leader. Please complete this form and email it back to Patty Veayo at [email protected] no later than March 5, 2017. Please seed your team with the fastest to slowest, seed #1 being your fastest skier. The registration fee per skier is $110. Please send checks no later than March 5 made to: The Farmington Ski Club (please note on the check that it is for the U16 Championships) and mail to The Farmington Ski Club, PO Box 138, West Farmington, Maine 04992.
Also, please identify as best you can T-shirt size so we have enough for each athlete.

WAXING
Wax space, with power, will be available near the stadium for each team and teams will be able to set up tents. Depending on weather, teams may want to bring tents and back up power. Teams are responsible for their overnight equipment security and storage.
SPECTATOR INFORMATION
The race is open to spectators. Spectators please use touring trails to access race viewing sites along the race course. Any skiing on race course must be in direction of the race only. No skiing on sprint course. Visitors are expected to buy a pass if they want to ski the rest of the trail system. Thank you.
FOOD SERVICE
The Titcomb Mountain commissary will be open for service. Crock pots will not be allowed inside the Lodge.
PETS
Pets are not allowed on trails.
PARKING
Buses and race officials will park adjacent to the maintenance building. Spectators, please park in areas designated by parking attendants. With warmer conditions, we may be using off site parking and shuttle buses. Additional information will be available on this website.
BANQUET
We are pleased to host the Saturday night pasta banquet at the University of Maine Farmington South Dining Hall. We will begin at 5:30 pm and awards by 7 pm, if not sooner. We will have limited seating for 100-125 extra tickets available for parents at $20 each, available on a first come first serve basis, for sale on Friday, March 10th and Saturday, March 11th until noon at the Race and Volunteer Headquarters . No banquet tickets available at the door at UMF. Parents that want to attend the awards presentation who don’t get a banquet ticket will be able to come into the hall at 7:00 pm to participate and take pictures. Please have team buses unload athletes at the South Street entrance to the UMF Student Center building.
